Where do you ship?

Right now, JOVY ships across the United Kingdom. But don’t worry — we’re working on expanding worldwide very soon. Stay connected through our newsletter and Instagram @jovyapparels to be the first to know when international shipping goes live.

How long does delivery take?

UK orders: 3–7 business days
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.

My order arrived damaged/defective. What should I do?

We’re sorry about that! Please email us at support@jovy.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send you a free replacement or refund.

Can I return items if I change my mind?

No, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Every JOVY piece is custom-made for you, so please order carefully.

What if I ordered the wrong size or color?

Since all items are custom printed just for you, we cannot accept size or color exchanges once the order is placed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can use it to follow your package until it arrives.
